Lukas verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Speditions- und Logistikbranche. Er setzte sich massgeblich f\u00fcr Teamentwicklung sowie bereichs- und l\u00e4nder\u00fcbergreifende Kommunikation ein. Neben den allt\u00e4glichen Aufgaben als F\u00fchrungskraft koordinierte er nationale und internationale Projekte und schulte und unterst\u00fctzte dabei Kader und Mitarbeitende. Ebenfalls agiert er seit Jahren als \u00dck-Leiter in der kaufm\u00e4nnischen Grundbildung.
\nLukas legt grossen Wert auf individuelles, st\u00e4rkengerechtes F\u00f6rdern von Menschen. Aufgrund dieser Leidenschaft richtete er seinen Fokus auf die Erwachsenenbildung, wo er neben der Ausbildung zum Kursleiter auch mehrere Diplome im systemischen Coaching (CTAS\/ISO\/ICI) erworben hat.<\/p>\n
