Xenia hat sich in \u00fcber 20 Jahren in unterschiedlichen HR-Funktionen umfassende Erfahrungen angeeignet. Insbesondere als HR Business Partner hat sie Unternehmen in Ver\u00e4nderungs- und Entwicklungssituationen begleitet und sich als Spezialistin im strategischen wie auch operativen Recruiting positioniert. Berufsbegleitend bildete sie sich \u00fcber die Zeit zur eidg. Personalfachfrau, HR Leiterin NDK FH und als Coach weiter.
\nIhre Passion f\u00fcr Menschen begleitet sie in ihrem ganzen Berufsleben. Mit viel Herzblut setzt sie sich f\u00fcr Menschen in beruflicher Ver\u00e4nderung ein und begleitet sie mit Empathie, Offenheit, Hartn\u00e4ckigkeit und L\u00f6sungsorientierung. Kunden aller Hierarchiestufen begegnet sie als Sparringpartner mit dem Ziel, einen Mehrwert f\u00fcr Unternehmen und Mitarbeitende zu generieren. In ihrer Freizeit ist Xenia begeisterte Ausdauersportlerin und Hobbyg\u00e4rtnerin. Sie geniesst zudem viel Zeit mit Familie und Freunden oder ist im B\u00fcndnerland, ihrer 2.
