Nach seinem Studium an der Universit\u00e4t Bern erlangte Maurizio seine Promotion an der Universit\u00e9 de Neuch\u00e2tel. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber langj\u00e4hrige praktische Erfahrung als Personalentwickler in der Finanzdienstleistungs- und Logistikbranche, \u00fcber mehrj\u00e4hrige F\u00fchrungs- und Forschungserfahrung und ist auch als Dozent an verschiedenen Universit\u00e4ten t\u00e4tig. Bei Avenir f\u00fchrt er Assessments und Trainings in den Sprachen Deutsch, Franz\u00f6sisch, Italienisch und Englisch durch. Seine Freizeit verbringt er mit Vorliebe mit seiner Familie. Auch die verschiedenen sportlichen Aktivit\u00e4ten (insb.
