Heute unterst\u00fctzt er unsere Kunden wenn es darum geht, F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte zu entwickeln, die Performance innerhalb von Vertriebsorganisationen zu st\u00e4rken sowie die Unternehmenskultur nachhaltig zu entwickeln. Bei Avenir ist er als Partner und Co-Leiter des Gesch\u00e4ftsfeldes Training zust\u00e4ndig. In der Freizeit verlagert er seine Faszination f\u00fcr das Training in den Bereich Sport.
