Christoph hat an der HTW Chur das Studium als Betriebs\u00f6konom FH absolviert und war in verschiedenen Funktionen bei der Swisscom t\u00e4tig. Seit 2006 ist er als Gr\u00fcndungspartner und Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates der schweizweit t\u00e4tigen Avenir Group in den Gesch\u00e4ftsfeldern Consulting, Assessment, Outplacement und Services t\u00e4tig. Vor seinem Wechsel zur Avenir Group war er zuletzt Leiter Human Resources und Administration und Mitglied der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung der Ford Motor Company (Switzerland) SA in Wallisellen. Christoph verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Weiterbildungen im Personal- und Coachingbereich. Nebst seiner T\u00e4tigkeit bei der Avenir Group ist er seit 2015 Mitglied des Bankrates bei der Thurgauer Kantonalbank und er doziert an verschiedenen Fachhochschulen zum Thema Strategisches Personalmanagement.
