In the reflection phase, a well-founded assessment of the position takes place, which gives the employee clarity and orientation with respect to his or her initial professional position. Different diagnostic tools are used that show employees their competencies, skills and talents. Career options become visible and clear objectives are defined.
In the strategy phase, the focus is on creating meaningful job application documents and a purposeful market presence in social networks. The employee is aware of the tools necessary for successful self-marketing and can sharpen their competence profile and use it on the hidden job market in a proactive way.
The transfer phase includes the proactive working of the open and hidden job market as well as the implementation of a personal marketing plan. We improve the performance skills of employees and conduct training sessions on interview techniques with the help of video analysis. By virtue of our extensive experience in the areas of assessment centres and training, we offer optimal preparation for upcoming discussions and test procedures. We support you in negotiating contracts and during the onboarding process, thus guaranteeing a successful start in your new role.
We work one-to-one and with a solution-oriented approach, placing our candidates’ goals and focal points in terms of consulting at the centre of our attention, while they themselves determine the pace and length of the consultations in accordance with their wishes and concerns.
